This place was a disappointment. I ordered the burnt ends and they ranged from chewy to oddly tough. They needed to be sauced and sauced hard. theres a reason nobody talks about kansas bbq. this is more texas style, the meat dried and chewy, the sides out of a can, country music on the radio, i’d say if you like those things this place is for you. being from kansas city unfortunatly its not for me
