Depends on what you are looking for… I went on a Sunday morning at 9am. Called the number but no answer so just drove there, rang the bell and they came down and got the kayaks and off you go! No hassle which is cool. Only thing is, when we came back no one was there to help us get out. Had to do it ourselves…
