I only visited once and it was a very similar system to Curves. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pretty laid back and encouraging. The only reason I could not commit was the cost. It’s about $ 19~$ 29 a session and after the free trial week, you have to commit to a 3, 6 or 12 month package…
