BEWARE… I bought my son a cell phone at the tmobile store and they very nicely put me on paperless billing… didn’t tell me… then they started calling and threating to turn off my service unless I paid over the phone or gave them my banking info… asked to be put back on a paper bill… have not gotten a paper bill…

I tried to go in to return something and the main guy there was rude and then told me I had to wait 20 minutes. What kind of store makes you wait 20 minutes to do a simple return? Clearly they do not have enough people working there in some lame attempt to eek out an additional few dollars to return. I will not…
