I’ve been coming here for over a decade. It was Mikes Gym when I started. Overall just a solid gym at an affordable price. Up to date equipment and plenty of it. You can usually get on what you want unless it’s totally packed. Good crowd for the most part, not too many meatheads.

The only reason i didn’t give it 4 stars is because a lot is lacking for floor workouts. They don’t have an ab room, more like an ab corner, and no medicine/yoga balls.
