Tiny Planet is just wonderful. I’ve been there several times and they were very honest and helpful. They don’t charge anything for a quick scan to see what’s going on. Tiny Planet is very affordable and reasonable. They’re definitely the place I go to whenever I’m having computer trouble.
We call them Smack Daddy, because they never seem to know what they’re doing, had to bring a computer I bought from them back three times before they got it right.
