I’ve sent important faxes thru them 2−3x (who has a home fax machine these days?) — for house refi and bank wouldn’t accept scanned/email docs — and both times recipient got 30 blank pages and I spent $ 30+ each time. Plus their hours are so limited — it’s inconvenient.
