Bf bought me a necklace here about 2 years ago. I have had to bring it back 5 times for repair. The chain broke, brought it in. Had it repaired. broke again! Went back and the lady tried to give me a New chain that was worth less than mine and weaker. That broke. went back and told them I didn’t want to fix it…

Such an awful store. Jewelry either breaks or turns skin green. Way over priced for the quality of what your buying. Managers of store are horribly rude. They reeked of weed last time I went in there… Nice.

Went into the store to drop off a ring and get is re-sized. There was 3 women sitting behind the counter. One of them helped me while the other two stood around and watched. She checked out my ring, said they could re-size it and gave me a price. Wasn’t very friendly at all but I decided to just get it done…
