The mangu” mashed plantains” is nice and soft unlike other spanish places; it’s kinda hard ! I order it with an extra cheese because I don’t like eggs…

we usually get take away but the few times we have been in we were the only white-folk there. no worries we got great service.it’s the usual steam table and fried treats.i can’t really guide you here with the names of the things i like cuz i just point (yah, there’s a language thing) nod and smile at the stuff…

The fried chicken was terrible. Chicharones were also not good.I did see they had broiled chicken that did look pretty good being cooked. Maybe I’ll give it a try someday but Jacqueline’s in Lawrence has much better fried chicken.
