Totally unacceptable snow removal. They didn’t clear the overnight snowfall until 2:35 pm. It was Martin Luther King Day and we were staying home but what if we had to go to work? When they came, it took them three minutes (yes, I timed them) to clear our driveway of the powdery snow. Clearly they signed up too…
