After a week of telephone tag and a promise to get it done this afternoon we finally gave up and called Methuen Tree Service. They had the downed limb removed within one hour of the call. The only reason I gave 1 star is there were no negative stars. Oh yeah, Methuen Tree was $ 25.00 less.
