I just went for my first Zumba class yesterday — absolutely LOVED Liz !! Her energy is insane — it motivates you to keep up ! I was dreading the 1hr class — since I m not the most active person — but believe me when I say this. the time flew by thanks to the upbeat music and Liz’s innovative dance moves !!

I took some basic lessons before my wedding and had a wonderful time. It was a little slow at first, but once I got the steps down we moved along a little quicker and ultimately my wife was happy at our wedding, so it turned out great.
