The owners are always super friendly. I’ve had a few cold wraps here and they were pretty good and packed full! But today I had a chicken stir fry wrap and it was excellent, piping hot and packed full. It seems like they use olive oil to stir fry fresh veggies. It was a little messy but so good!

Don’t get me wrong. The owners are really nice and friendly, but the quality of the banh mi has gone down. The price has increased by a bit. I’m a regular at this place and spend about $ 15 – 20 each time. I normally get a grill pork banh mi and 3 egg rolls. The portions in the banh mi has got kind of light…
