Was met with what seemed to be a band playing in the back, and a mandatory $ 10 cover charge per person even if we were just trying to eat. Koto Grill & Sushi & Lounge

This place is an Asian Fusion restaurant, not french like they posted. One of the worst places I have been in my life. The food are horrible to the point I think it’s insulting to open a restaurant like this. Also, the pics only look good on Unilocal
