Very cheap food. I ordered the chicken tender samich, first at bat, mushy chicken tenders, not brown or even crispy, just a frozen/bland taste. Bread is good, but the place (like the whole town of south Hadley) needs a makeover, dated and they need to hire friendlier employees.
