This is my go-to Dunkin since I live right near by. I like coming here and the drive thru line moves fast, and the employees are quick at getting your order. Its rare that they mess it up or make something wrong, but I also check immediately before pulling away. The manager is super nice here also!

The girls that work here are very friendly and it’s always a plus when I walk in and they know my order without me saying it. This is probably one of the busiest DD downtown Springfield but the lines move very fast.

It’s kinda of an awkward location in the intersection, but there is plenty of parking in a lot. The store was clean and the staff were friendly. It has a nice little outside seating area that is probably nice to enjoy in the summer.
