I’ve made this a must-stop for stocking up on apples, squash, and maybe a pumpkin or two. Like many of the local orchards, they grow and sell some varieties you won’t find elsewhere. Always very friendly service. A gem. Right in downtown Stow.

Derby Orchards

End of the apple picking season… Very quiet, no frills orchard. Small store with fruits & veggies, gifts, cider and you can watch them make the cider donuts outside on the porch. Plenty of parking and a couple benches to sit and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.Watch out for the wasps, they like donuts…

Carver Hill Orchards

Perfect spot for apple picking in the fall! They have a great variety. Galas here are the absolute best– crisp, juicy and sweet. Don’t miss the apple cider donuts and get an extra bag for the road!
