Unfortunatly this is the best Dunkins in town if you want to get in and out. Both east main and the 128 main locations are amoung the slowest I have ever seen.

I went here yesterday to pick up 6 bagels with cream cheese on the side. The employees are completely unable (or unwilling) to multi task. There were 3 employees working behind the counter (and one was a manager!). They could not get out of each other’s way. One employee was asked to make a breakfast sandwich…
