I’ve been using Winchester Cleaners for about 2 months. I’ve been very happy with their prices and their friendly service. They also do tailoring and I was very happy with the work. My only complaint is that their tailor (the owners wife) is hardly ever there and it can be challenging getting in the same time…
I went to try this place for the first time and had a horrible experience. The guy that took my clothes was irritated that I was using a coupon. He was so rude that I took my blouses back. I am not sure how they actually dry clean but the customer service is terrible.
Once upon a time this was the best place to go in town. In the past year it has gone downhill. Clothes are never ready when they are promised, buttons missing, items «disappear» etc. They are also overpriced. Avoid this place at all costs.
Went there one time and the attitudes, esp of the older woman, is horrible… would NEVER go there again… Love Zoots… they pick up and deliver, have super specials and have EXCELLENT customer service,
