Had a very mixed experience. Had a great phone conversation with an employee that was really helpful, listened well and had great suggestions. I then went to the store and talked to the manager (it seemed) and he was distinctly unhelpful. Comes across as not a bikers bike shop. I left with a clear conclusion…
