I Googled tattoo shops near clinton, called for a price on tongue piercing. They told me 20.00, which sounded too cheap… but I was gonna go. When I saw the place it looked like an abandoned house, filthy, dogs in the yard. Straight nasty. No way in hell would I recommend anything here
