I contacted them to use as an FFL for transferring lower receivers.I was told they will only transfer complete, new and used weapons. He said they don’t transfer lowers because people build guns improperly and he doesn’t want to support that. Um… okay.He was very nice on the phone but it’s an arbitrary reason…
