Got the tomato tonkotsu ramen. The broth wasn’t special but the tomato really made the soup unique. I thought the egg was really good because they season the outside (tea egg). Wish they added some bamboo shoots. The noodles were average, it could be bouncier.Paid $ 13.50 without tax/tip for ramen though…
