I so wish I could give Mariner Point park 4 or 5 stars, but really it’s just not there. In my opinion it is one of the worst maintained Harford County Park Department parks in the county. It just seems the further away from Bel Air, Aberdeen, or Havre De Grace you get the crappier the maintenance and dollars…
