Had an appointment at 3pm for an oil change. I got out of work earlier than expected, so I called and asked if they could get me in early. I was told that was fine, to come on and they’d get me in early.When I arrived however, they told me it would be 30 – 45 minutes before they could get to it. Um… so then WHY…
