The only word that comes to mind is «lame» when I think about this place. Took them nearly six weeks to fill an eyeglass order. Got nothing but lame excuses about the delay. Made numerous phone calls before threatening to cancel the entire order then miraculously the glasses appeared. Don’t waste your time…
