I’m pretty sure Kelly’s serves microwaved meals, namely Stouffer’s mac and cheese… but you’ll hardly notice after two of their drinks. They serve their liquor hard, in my opinion. The service is pretty good, too. The scene is usually very quiet and casual, and I think there’s a lot of room for improvement. But…
