I sure hope this is the same place I remember. I was a campaign staffer for the DFL in 2002, and I would structure my weeks around getting to the Cottage Café. There sure weren’t many votes to drum up in Amboy, but it was always worth the trip.The Red Cow burgers were delicious, the coffee ample, and the soups……
