When they have three people working service is pretty fast. Most of the time there is only one worker and the service is slow. Currently they do not honor the Rewards except on the day of expiration
1st, the service was very friendly. That’s the positive. Unfortunately, my coffee (with an extra shot of espresso) tasted liked watered down coffee. My husbands coffee was ridiculously sweet. Why is it so hard to make a consistently good cup of coffee?
Are they just racist or what. Came in and not even an acknowledgment. Friendly? Not sure. Why do I keep running into these types of service? I guess I shouldn’t expect too much — but then, with so many great reviews, I would expect more. Sad.
