Well structured planned work outs anyone of any level can do to get fit and be active, the video game aspect of it all is distracting and challenging enough to make the workout and time fly by, can you get a perfect? I did in 8!
I love Anytime Fitness Excelsior! It’s close to home and has everything I need: a great trainer, good value, all the equipment and availability I want, friendly and welcoming staff, clean facility, great classes, on site parking. Very inviting!
