We stop by every time we’re in St. Paul. Great, fresh spices and herbs; our spice cabinet is filled with almost nothing but Penzeys spices. This particular location is a favorite because parking is usually easy to find, it does seem a bit bigger and roomier than the one in Minneapolis.
