Not really a coffee or ice cream person, but everyone was as expected. Nothing spectacular. I had a coffee. Service was very slow, and the place seemed to be understaffed and unable to deal with the line of people. My guess is their traffic is very spurty, so it’s difficult to pay more than one person to man…

What can I say… It’s Caribou… Overly sweet coffee concoctions. The only thing I have bad to say about this location is the employee (I wish I had her name) that is always on her phone, and you as the customer have to wait until she is done texting or whatever she is doing… Oh, and you shouldn’t be overheard how…

Caribou Coffee House

Spent 23 minutes in the drive through today with only 4 cars ahead of me. Horrible not going back to this location. Then she had to ring me up again because apparently the register deleted my order.
