I love Panera’s food. But I was very disappointed to get home tonight and my grandson’s smoothie was missing. When I called the manager the only thing I can do is come back (Not happening, it’s 8 miles) or I can get one another time, they’ll keep my name on file but they couldn’t put it back on my Panera reward…
