Castlewood State Park

Wow! A new park! Its so nice! The playground area is in one area and the bathrooms/pavillion/fields are not too far away. Parking lot and woods here. So much fun the kids say it’s the best! Another parent told me they just re did this playground last year.

Ferris Park

This is a great place to take a healthy hilly hike with your pet, loved one or yourself. Tons of runners, dog walkers and people who wanted a good dose Vitamin D. This is a great walking path. Two big parking lots and easy access.

Queeny Park Recreation Complex

Nice open lot with a trail cut into the tall grass. Not much of a park but it’s really all residential and no real entrance or parking. It would be nice if they paved the walking area or cut the grass so it could be used for sports. It’s always terribly long except for the walking path. Very quiet though, great…
