The staff is great, the gym is always very clean, never too busy even in peak hours, quality equipment, great people to work out with, they have everything you could possibly need, members are able to vote on gym improvements, 24 hour key fob access, and and all around great place to get fit!

I go in there for a workout in the winter, and the gym is very hot. I was going to get a device to measure the temperature, but it was uncomfortable. It is January, and it was cooler in the summer. I suppose it is a very dated heat system, as it is difficult to work out in the dry heat.
