Very nice sushi creations and theme variations. Fresh and delectable. I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is. Definitely pleased with Ichiban Sushi and glad that I took a chance on it.

I’ve eaten here a couple times and wasn’t impressed. The fish was okay but not overly fresh. I prefer Ichiban when I’m in Joplin.
