Customer service is key here! An older gentleman that was working (I can’t remember his name) was so helping to all guests that it didn’t matter how long you were waiting, you would get the same kind treatment. Just went in for boxes and packing tape, came out with those and a smile!

Moved from NJ to SF and the transition was smooth and representative was great. Stuff did get damaged in storage but going through the claims process now. Going through the claim process now and they are taking quite a while to process the claim.
