I’ve gone from visiting this Popeye’s twice a month to once a month — now never. The portions just keep getting skimpier. A recently purchased 9-piece meal consisted of 1 breast, 1 thigh and 7 scrawny legs and wings. Staff is indifferent, if not rude. Feels like Excellent service if they mumble a «thank you»…
