It took some effort, but I was finally able to get in touch with Celeena (after a few calls) about my scheduled appointment and wow, just wow sooooo unprofessional. No apology for the no show. Blamed it on me (said my appt was scheduled for 1pm not 9am… which was not possible because I had other plans scheduled…
