Now giving it one star. Went back and ate in for first time. Short girl with pony tail and glasses (ate there oct 14 at lunchtime) took our order. She seemed annoyed to even be there. Disappointing! Took 10 minutes from time I ordered food at drive thru until I actually got it (and there was only 1 car ahead of me. Burgers were lukewarm and fries were cold. Going to try the Pacific location the next time I get a Hardee’s craving!

All I wanted was a simple chocolate or vanilla milkshake. The online menu says that they carry these. They said all they could do was a Jamocha chocolate shake. They would not make a plain chocolate shake. Maybe these flavorings come in packages?
