Terrible service, burnt coffee and unappreciative employees. I ordered a 16 oz and the barista gave me a 12 oz. I pointed this out to her by putting the two cups side by side but she denied that was the 12 oz still… Yea still. I then said whatever, screw it I’ll drink 12 oz. Except the coffee tasted like burnt…
