If you’re looking for a wholefoods but it’s too far, just come here. The selection of meats isn’t as great, of course because it’s a smaller and more local store than wholefoods, but it does the job!

Huge store, do yourself a favor and so not shop at peak times. It’s a college town and everyone shops here (there’s not a lot of choices here). Expect to be in line for awhile, they just don’t like to have more than 3 or 4 registers open for some reason.
Overpriced, and usually the store is filthy. They take advantage of the fact they are the only store on the west end of Boone. I would much rather drive the extra couple of miles to Harris Teeter.
