Friendly and very helpful. The dog barks but he’s friendly. One thing though — if they make a part wrong they won’t admit it. The drawing will say the part is wrong, the gauge will say that the part is wrong, and they’ll say that the part isn’t wrong. Then they’ll fix it, arguing the whole time.
