I’m from Pittsburgh Pa and my husband has talked about Carolina barbecue for years. I can see why he loves it. Smithfields’ is delicious, large portions. Restaurant is immaculate and service staff great. We will be back next trip to Henderson NC.

Smithfield’s Chicken N Bar-B-Q

The bbq was sweet — awful. The collards were a pile of green mush — awful. The Brunswick stew was weak. Green beans had no flavor. Would never go back. was on my way back from Virginia and I should have driven a bit farther and gone to Smithfield’s. Don’t waste your time at this joint

Skipper’s Forsyth’s Bar-B-Q

Made a pit stop at this Smithfield’s on my way to Richmond. It was dinner time on a Friday night and there was a pretty good crowd but no wait for me to order.
