Bad service and bad food on a consistent basis. I will never go back. Chicken was like plastic coated leather. Mashed potatoes and gravy were like soup. Employee handed drink into car with Pepsi dripping all over me and and my car. The Colonel would be shamed.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. By far the sorriest Hardees I’ve ever eaten at. It took 15 minutes to get our (my family’s) food.
