Good, service, selection, value. Tight showroom space. Outstanding installation subcontractor. We felt the store manager/sales person was overbearing and pushy. That, sadly, overshadows the otherwise good experience we enjoyed with JD Floor Store.
The company does not communicate issues/delays to it’s customers. As a paying customer, you shouldn’t have to call and speak to a manager to find out why an entire bedroom of carpet was not installed.
