Bought a loaf of their 100% Whole Wheat from the pittsboro Co-op and it was literally inedible. Dry, flavorless, and spongey, we ended up making it into bread pudding because the sandwiches we made using it were absolutely awful. Maybe their other bread is better, maybe the Co-op had kept it on the shelf too…
