My friend and I got there around noon and the place was dead quiet for a Sunday, only 2 tables were occupied and now I know why. We ordered Chicken Phở and Eye Round & Meatball Phở. The broth was weak, oily and way too much black pepper. Our waitress was not very energetic. We won’t be going back.
