Yim Siam Thai

I will EAT there again. It’s great to have a Thai food option in town. Perhaps a restaurant will come out of this food truck someday. Be aware that it takes 15 – 20 minutes to prepare each order. I only wish it were closer to downtown to be able to walk there for lunch.
