I’ve been to a LOT of inexpensive, Vietnamese-owned nail salons in Lincoln. This is the very first place I ever got my nails done (for high school prom!). It seems to be very popular. Because it’s nearby, this is my «back-up» salon when I can’t get to my regular place… and can’t figure out why I keep going…
